CLARINET/SAX INSTRUCTOR Part-time Until Filled

Evaluate potential students for acceptance into the Music Studio Program; teach individual clarinet and saxophone lessons, and recorder when needed, including guidance and feedback on musical technique and sight-reading skills. Instruct intermediate and advanced students in music theory, harmony, solfege and rhythmic training; participate in curriculum development, twice-yearly student evaluations, recitals, youth symphony orchestra auditions and various musical competitions; attend quarterly faculty meetings and participate in faculty recitals.

Requirements: BM in Clarinet Performance and Instruction; 1 year experience.
